Returns and Cancellations

We’re sorry that you were not satisfied with our product, write to us and let us know what went wrong. Please send us an email within 7 days of the product getting delivered for a return request.

We accept returns and exchanges only for products that have been unused and in the same condition as the customer received it.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

  • When do we accept product returns?

You can return the product in case you notice any damages such as a tear, weaving defect, discolouration, etc. when the product is received. 

The returned product should be in original packaging without any signs of use to quality for refund / exchange. We would recommend you send us a picture of the damaged product along with your return request and we’ll get back to you ASAP to fix the issue. 

  • By when can I return my order?

We have a 7 day return window on each product. You can raise a return request with us for up to 7 days from the product getting delivered to you. Return requests made after the return window shall not be allowed.

  • How do I initiate a product return?
You can write to hello[at] and we will get in touch with you to initiate the return process.
  • How do I ship the product back to you?
We will get the product picked up (if reverse pick up service is available on your pin code with our logistic partners) from your home at our cost if the return is initiated on account of a product defect / damage. 
  • When will I get my refund?
We initiate refunds after receiving the returned product at our warehouse and checking its condition. It usually takes 5-7 business days for us to process refunds after receiving the return package.
  • How will I get my refund?
You will get your refunds in the same payment mode used at the time of placing the order for all prepaid / online payment modes. Your refund in case of a cash on delivery payment mode will be issued in form of a store credit. 
  • Can I exchange a product for a new one?

Of course, customers can return the original orders and replace it with a new one. Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of the product getting delivered to you. In case of exchanges, you will have to bear the cost of returning the product who would like to exchange. If a more expensive item is chosen against the item being exchanged, then the balance amount needs to be paid by you. If you are exchanging a product for a lower priced item, then the difference amount would be paid to you via a store credit. 



In case you want to cancel an order you just places, please write to hello[at] as soon as possible. We will cancel your order if it is not dispatched. Orders that have been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?

There is no cancellation fee. If we cancel your order before dispatch, we do not charge a fee for it. 

  • How will I get my refund in case of cancellation?
You will get your refunds in the same payment mode used at the time of placing the order for all prepaid / online payment modes. Refund is not applicable for cash on delivery payment mode as the order was cancelled before dispatch.
